Taking Cities By Storm seeks  to Bridge The Gap between  law enforcement and the community due to the increasing unrest within the community since the COVID-19 pandemic. As it has been revealed lives have been lost senselessly within several communities. As a result, Taking Cities By Storm seeks to improve and increase communication between the two groups and deemed it necessary to create a survey that will encourage people  to give their honest opinion. These biannual surveys will  help T.C.B.S work on  solutions to bring positive changes in our society .  The information from the  surveys will help T.C.B.S to continue  to develop programs to bridge the gap between law enforcement and the community.

Survey Questions for Law Enforcement Officers

1. Please describe what are some challenges you face working as a police officer on an everyday basic?*

2. Do you feel there is a disconnect between you as a police officer and your community? If so please describe it.

3. Do you feel connected to the community that you serve?

4. If salary were not a factor, would you have chosen the community in which you serve and why?

5. What made you choose to be a police officer in the community that you serve?

6. Do you feel it is important to understand the culture of the community that you serve?

7. What do you believe would be one of the best start factors to bridge the gap and create understanding between law enforcement and the community?

6. Do you believe there is a hidden bias toward minorities in your community? If so, what can be done to improve them?

As cost of living rises, population ages and Covid-19 cases increases, we at Taking Cities By Storm​ have been notified that there is a need to bridge the Gap between rising health care cost, low income people and people in need who are ill. TCBS seeks to advocate for the despair especially when they are elderly and  stand in need of a voice to advocate for them.​ Time and time again situations have occurred where the despair have died depressed or lived depressed and heartbroken because they are financially challenged and unable to return to their homes. TCBS seeks to make a difference in Bridging the Gap in Health care needs, by collaborating with Health Empowerment nursing  agency, apply for grants to help supplement health care as well as seek private  donations.  â€‹
